W Punta Cana vs Sanctuary Cap Cana vs Secrets Cap Cana

Hi all, decided to book a last minute trip to the Dominican Republic and choosing between these hotels. All roughly the same price

Planning to go for 6 days with 2 excursion days but otherwise will mostly just be relaxing on the beach/pool. Primary things I'm looking for:

• A variety of restaurant choices that I'm not going to get food poisoning at and are relatively adept at handling food allergies (nuts, sesame, and fish)
• A more laid back not party vibe (I don't drink and am traveling solo)
• Nice beach and pool
• Decent spa
• A handful of activities would be nice but not a deal breaker

Can anyone speak to these resorts and which you would recommend or if you have really loved or really hated any of these?
