normocytic anemia (19 f)

hi so i've been having extreme fatigue, muscle cramps, lower back pain, morning stiffness (very BAD), brain fog and basically cramps and pain everywhere in my body since august, and my CBC shows : normocytic anemia, high mean platelet volume and high platelet distribution width

but my doctor says it's nothing to worry about??
