Need some help

Hi, so basically, I'm not getting into Law Part II. A bit late, but I reached the acceptance stage a bit later than most for this one. I don't know what happened (I kind of do, but didn't expect it to be THIS bad), but I completely flunked the 141 exam.

My situation: B+ for 121, A for 131, and my BSc conjoint grades are A+, A+, A+, A-, with a pass in WTR. 141 was a C.

So, even though my GPA is just over 6.5, I can't get in because I performed so shitass in the 141 exam (The assignment and quiz were fine). I wouldn't generally consider myself a slacker, and I studied hard for the exam.

HOWEVER, I do want to do law because I enjoyed it. My current plan, if possible: transfer to AUT for part II only and then return to UOA for the later stages. I have seen people discussing this kind of thing, but I wonder how feasible it is.

I cannot relocate to another area due to accommodation.

I don't fancy doing another full year just for 141. Without getting into specifics, I cannot afford it. But if the AUT route is impossible, then I have no choice.

Is my current plan all good? I would like to return to UOA to continue my conjoint studies as I prefer both the law school and science department here. However, I do not want to put another year's hold just to redo 141. If the AUT route is feasible, I'd rather do that. Thanks for listening. Any thoughts are much appreciated.
