What builds you wanna do if the rng allows you to do it?

In my case I wanna have a run with

- Studded Gloves Monk, with upgrades dumped in Ring of Might

- Scimitar Monk, with upgrades dumped in Ring of Sharpshooting

- Dried Rose Priest, with Power of Many

- Unstable spellbook Priest

* all in 9 challenges

... and probably more

What are your dream builds?
