The Modular Support Vehicle (MSV) series serves as the primary logistical and support asset of the PALA military.

While technically the direct counterpart to the Boscali Defence Force's (BDF) HLT series, the MSV was designed specifically to fit a wider variety of roles and directly integrate mission systems into its chassis, hence its modular design. Unlike the HLT, the MSV chassis can mount a variety of advanced weapon systems, like the R9 Stratolance, CRAM, and Laser Air Defence, directly onto the vehicle. This transforms them into self-contained units with high mobility and rapid redeployment capabilities, unlike the BDF's reliance on trailer-mounted systems.

However, like the HLT, the MSV remains a soft target. Lacking heavy armour, it is vulnerable to most weapons, including standard 12.7mm fire; if an MSV is taking direct fire, it is already in the wrong place.

The PALA fields several variants of the MSV:

* Logistics, Command, and Transport: The lifeblood of the PALA war machine. Available in Flatbed, Fuel Tanker, and Munitions Carrier configurations, these keep the frontline armed and fuelled. Radar and Fire Control variants are often found in defensive locations and function identically to their HLT counterparts.
* MRAP: A troop transport similar to the BDF's LCV45. It carries a roof-mounted 12.7mm MG for self-defence but lacks the armour of a dedicated APC, remaining vulnerable to incoming fire.
* Air Defence (CRAM / Laser Air Defence): With systems integrated directly into the chassis, these provide mobile, rapid-response protection against artillery, cruise missiles, and low-flying aircraft.
* Strategic Systems (R9 / Piledriver): The heavy hitters. The SAM variant carries six R9 Stratolance missiles in a vertical launch configuration for 360-degree engagement. It carries one fewer missile than the BDF R9 trailer but offers higher tactical mobility. Finally, the Ballistic Missile Launcher utilizes the Piledriver TBM for devastating long-range ground strikes.
