I quit!

I’ve just dedicated the past six months to this job, which seems like nothing compared to what some of you have given up for this god forsaken company. But I turned down a 6 figure management (on call 24/7) job for auto service. Got a perfect score on the licensing exam. Exceptional numbers ON EVERYTHING- AHT, Surveys, hold times, etc, all aside from MOAT. All because for the first month I was honest with people when they went “but I don’t already have a policy- that’s just another bill?” and it’s fucking insane. I could either have gotten 2 moat xfers last Wednesday or have been fired next Tuesday. So I quit at lunch on Wednesday. I wasn’t going to make it. I had a 2:09 sec average aht, a 97.9% excellent survey. If they wanted to keep me they would’ve tried to. Instead they kept the guy with a crazy high moat, but BARELY enough good surveys and just barely the aht to extended promote to the floor. Keep the guy nobody can stand and hold the hammer of being fired over the head of the girl everyone loves. Whatever
