Gift ideas for Pilots and FAs?

I've been seeing on social media lately a lot of people tipping the pilots and FAs this holiday season. No joke, I saw some guy get the entire flight crew brand new airpods max's for Christmas!

I think it's an awesome idea and want to start doing the same thing. I don't plan to record and I don't have the money to be giving out ipads and headphones, but would candle canes and 50-100 dollar bills for the flight attendants and pilots be appropriate? What do you think?
