Gave me too much medication

Hi so I received one 10mg vile and two 30mg viles for a total of 70mg. My doses from Pom health are as follows 20 units (2mg) for 4 weeks 45 units (4.5mg) for 4 weeks And 70 units (7mg) for 4 weeks

That would be a total of 54mg

Is this right? Am I doing the math wrong? Should I have left over medication?
