Dog-friendly restaurants during the colder months

Hi all! My parents are coming to visit for the holidays and are bringing their dog. She’s super sweet and well-behaved but on the larger side. We would love to bring her with us to lunch or dinner but not sure what places would allow a larger (85 pounds) dog. Happy to sit outside if there are heaters of course :)
