Met a Doctor in Ginza District in Tokyo named Dr. Ikki Yuzaki saying he does foreskin restoration surgery.

He is a cosmetic surgeon who does urology, dermatology, and facial. He has performed circumcisions and has also reversed them. He claims he has performed numerous restoration surgeries on native Japanese because they get circumcised too tightly by other doctors and too much skin is removed so they come to him to rebuild/restore. He’s charging me 3200 USD for a procedure in February that involves using tissue near my thigh that he’s wanting to place at base of shaft and then move the skin that’s already there up forward to remain over glans. I looked up his clinic called the Ginza Pro Clinic and he advertises a lot of different surgeries. He does the surgery for men, but the main website is for women’s cosmetic, so it’s a different website. Apparently he sits on a Japanese medical board for cosmetic surgery and is an expert but he seemed all too eager to operate on my penis. He claims he does restorations for Japanese but it’s not advertised on his clinic website, but circumcision and other genital surgeries are as well as other surgeries for other areas on the body. I visited him and talked to him myself he seemed very confident and intelligent and speaks fluent English and studied in America.

I am just concerned. Is it wise to take skin near my thigh? He claimed it’s reversible but it’s 3200 USD just to get the surgery, and without revealing too much about me I don’t have Japanese residency or visa. I live and work in Japan but I’m on US government business, but to protect my identity I will not disclose the agency. It is difficult for me to save up 3200 even here in Japan. And the idea of him messing me up scares me. He said he’s never had a Caucasian foreigner seek foreskin restoration from him. But people across the world come to him for other procedures but not to restore a foreskin. It’s only native Japanese seeking that procedure. Said he’s done around a hundred. That’s when I told him about the community of men in America who restore their foreskins. I then showed him my DTR with Strap. He said he’s heard of those devices used to stretch the skin, but here in Japan it’s mainly people using them to get tighter foreskins rather than reverse a circumcision. He said that circumcision is very popular in Japan for treating Phimosis and many Japanese who get circumcised are content. Not many seek to restore unless too much skin is removed…then they come to him.

What do you guys think? Should I be wary of this? 3200 Dollars in America this would cost around 10-50,000 dollars probably 20,000. But here it’s only 3200-4800. I got the discount because I agreed to a condition that if I got the surgery they’d post the before and after pics on their clinic website and otherwise it’d be 4800 dollars. But 3200 if they get to take pictures.

Initially when I went to see him I was seeking a frenuloplasty or a way to tighten up my restored foreskin or to create a taper effect, but he said I haven’t restored enough foreskin yet (despite what a mod here told me) and I’d still have to restore more skin or take a skin graft. He said I haven’t restored enough skin for full coverage if I don’t take a graft but if I want full overhang coverage it’d still need a graft or grow more skin. But if I just want partial coverage he can work with the skin I have without a graft.
