[SPOILERS] Reconstruction?

Story spoilers ahead:

! Does anyone know if we will have an opportunity to reconstruct Blissful Retreat in the future? I might just be emotional but seeing the cats hiding amongst the burned buildings makes me really sad, and I'd love to do something to be able to restore the area a bit.

It obviously wouldn't return to the pre-burned state, but I'm truthfully a bit attached to the idea of building some new homes or something. !<
