Has anybody healed or will I ever heal from abuse?

Hi I'm Josh and I'm 34 years old and I'm just still going over the trauma and abuse that was done to me. I'm just wondering if somebody is out there and has healed from extreme emotional abuse. I'm not anything that my abuser said to me? They would just call me crazy and it really affected me. I feel alone and isolated at night and I also feel like I'm wasting my life but I don't know what to do.
