Justin's juxtapositions

As my wife Googles: "Is the Justin Posey Treasure hunt driving people crazy?", I find myself debating a few seemingly contradictory statements.

  1. "If you've solved the poem in its entirety, you'll end up at an exact location." + "..(in) a kitchen sized area".

2a) "The poem can be solved on its own, you do not need the book." + 2b)"The bulk of the important stuff is in the book and poem"

3a) "If you've figure out where the treasure is located, you'll have sufficient time to determine how you wish to retrieve it." + 3b) "I will say that going out and being in the areas that I've intended for you to be in are a vital part of the treasure hunt. You will NOT solve this in it's complete entirety from home. It's not possible. But there is a significant portion that can be solved at home that will give you a base level of confidence for you to go and check it out."

Q1- Clearly the book is in play. Barring some advanced, location bearing cipher in the poem?

Q2- In what ways can the poem+book get us to one kitchen, and or multiple areas?

Q3- If visiting multiple areas are required to reach a single kitchen sized area, the exactness of said kitchen areas, and/or the pure precision of the poem's ability to provide a single kitchen sized area, would become increasingly subjective the more locations are required.

Equal measures do not apply here, and all cannot be true.
