Hey everyone, I’m looking into buying a condo in Vaughan or nearby.

I’d love suggestions for places with a good atmosphere, friendly and clean residents, solid building management, and not-too-high maintenance fees.

I liked the prices and saw listings online of the ‘Mansions of Humberwood’ (700/710 Humberwood), but went to see it in-person and didn’t like it. Wondering if it’s just me?

Any recommendations?
