tips for c-swirling?

I've been working at crumbl for a few months now, and most stuff I've gotten the hang of pretty quickly... except c-swirls. My brain just refuses to comprehend how to move my hands no matter how much my coworkers try to show me. So does anyone that maybe had a similar issue have any advice?
