Video way out of sync with audio

Firmware 2.2.54 Roku app 1.3.0-734366, model 4800x, OS 15.1.4

Playing back recording of the evening news, the audio is way out of sync with video. Watched the same on YouTube TV and it was fine.

Anyone else seeing this issue?
