Looking for a suitable prize

I was pretty low rank, bronze-silver, until relatively recently when I got a really good PC and started trying harder in competitive. I'm currently Plat 5 on DPS and Plat 2 in Open Queue, however, my goal is to reach GM 5 by December 31st 2026.

I set out a wager with my friends. If I don't hit GM by the end of next year, I owe them $200 ($100 each), but if I do, well, that's what this post is about. What's a good reward here (other than bragging rights)? I don't necessarily want it to be just money, looking for something more creative here.

Also looking for some advice to climb me out of plat on DPS Role Lock if possible, I'm probably gonna play Vendetta tomorrow onwards, but I main venture for now (and will probably try to get a better understanding of Freja while I'm at it). Aiming and positioning is a big issue for me, I understand the "aim with your movement keys" advice. While it works (in my head) for games that are more flat like Valorant and CS, I find aiming with Movement keys quite a bit more difficult on Overwatch due to the 3D nature of the maps. Positioning as widow specifically is a little troublesome for me as I'm unable to rely on my team to comm when someone's about to dive on me. I've gotten comfortable with using my SMG more recently, but this is definitely gonna hurt me as I keep climbing ranks. Thank you all! 💜
