[HIRING] Team Members Wanted for Hindi Manga YouTube Channel — Editors, Writers, Thumbnail Artists & More

Hello everyone,

My name is Neeraj. I am 25 years old and currently unemployed, but I am passionate about starting a YouTube channel where I explain and summarize manga in Hindi. I will be beginning this journey with my first project: “The Villain’s Profiler.”

📚 Short Summary of the Manga I’m Working On: “The Villain’s Profiler” is a crime–mystery manga that follows Lee Shin-hyeok, who gains advanced knowledge of criminology and profiling after waking up from a coma. Using his new abilities, he becomes a highly skilled profiler who uncovers the truth behind various criminal cases.

🌟 Looking for Dedicated Volunteers

Since this channel is just starting out, I am looking for passionate volunteers who genuinely want to grow together as a team. I need support in the following areas:

• Video Editing
• Script Writing
• Thumbnail Design
• Voice-over
• Social Media Handling

If you have any other relevant skills (research, subtitles, animation, channel management, etc.), feel free to reach out.

⚠️ Important Requirements

• Please share a sample of your work when you contact me.
• If you are not able to commit long-term or tend to leave projects midway, please do not apply, as it will interrupt the workflow.
• AI tools are acceptable, but fully AI-generated work is not allowed. I prefer human creativity and effort.
• Each person will handle only one specific role to maintain quality and clarity.
• Due to app issues, I may not be able to reply on Reddit.
Please reach out to me directly on Telegram or Instagram.

💰 Payment Transparency

At the moment, I am unable to provide payment because the channel is not earning yet. However, once the channel grows and begins generating revenue, I will make sure that everyone is paid fairly according to their contribution. My intention is to build an honest, reliable, and long-term team.
