Great Sand Dunes National Park tomorrow - tips on photography?

Visiting the Great Sand Dunes National Park tomorrow! Any tips on photography? Is it better for sunrise or sunset? I just got to alamosa and booked the hotel for just one night which is Tonight. I'm wondering if I should extend my stay or go for sunrise tomorrow and leave in the afternoon
