Why am I upset over this and is it wrong that I am?

The person I've been in a relationship in hasn't called in over 2 weeks. (We're not early in this relationship, it's been a while now) He claims work and all the typical excuses. Earlier tonight we were texting back and forth and a certain topic came up he then asked me if he could call me to explain himself better and have a conversation about it.

I agreed and we were on the phone for a while but the entire time I'm just upset bc how can he not have time to call me once over the last few days yet something as trivial (at least for me, I know someones gonna come for me and call me a terrible person) as the conversation we had requires a phone call. I didn't engage much and just let him talk. He later told me he had to hang up and get back to work. And that was that. He probably could've gone longer without actually giving me a phone call if I hadn't agreed to this call.

My question is... Am I wrong for feeling like this? And I hope I don't get hate for feeling like this. It just bugs me.
