Boozy Cakes

Growing up, my mom never really liked to drink but she LOVED boozy cakes- for instance Grand Marnier chocolate cake or Rum soaked cake with fruit or walnuts. I’ve never seen a bakery that does this kind of thing and I would like to take her one for XMAS. Any ideas?
