What to buy, air or pro?

I do streaming, emails, microsoft office, and adobe creative suite. I am a professional level hobbyist and use psd and illustrator for fashion design. I also enjoy photography and making product catalogs. I am on a budget and wondering is a macbook air 15, upgraded to 24gb and 512gb would be enough? Or do I need to go for the 14 pro m5 base? They are both roughly the same price right now. I have been using a 13 inch computer for a while and feel very restricted by the size when it comes to any work or projects. I like the 15" size of the air and lightness. Will I be frustrated with the air long term? Any feedback and experience is aplreciated.
