What level do you have for black and white on game optimizer?

Hi, I have an LG C4 and I've been playing on PS5, on the internet I always see the black stabilizer at 10, I don't know why but on my TV it makes the blacks gray and everything too bright, I had to lower it to 7 and the white to 14 instead, in the future I think I'll make another detailed post with all my parameters, what settings do you have? thanks anyone who replies
