New headphones

Hi, to keep it short my first and only pair of AirPods Max just broke. So far, I’m looking for new headphones that have comparable specs, so I’ve been looking at Sennheiser momentum 4’s, Sony XM5’s, and nothing 1’s. I don’t want anything overly bulky, and nothing over say 350, so no XM6’s. I heard people who have xm5’s have hinge breakage, so between the other 2, do you guys have thoughts on the better pair, or other headphones? I do prefer bass but not so much to get like skullcandy, it will be used everywhere, and honestly nothing I don’t like about AirPods Max except lack of eq and bit too low bass, the weight was a tad annoying but I don’t care too much
