Why did Yolanda like Brandi so much?

I’m halfway through season 4…. Yolanda would say there’s nothing worse than a drunk woman and then be besties with Brandi while she’d get drunk every chance she got and bullied Joyce for no reason. Brandi seems like the complete opposite of everything Yolanda stands for. Why does she support her so much????
