Side sleeping with Tube Up mask?

Advice Needed

Hi All!

Long time lurker, first time poster. I have been using cpap for almost three years and overall it's going well.

My insurance pays for a new mask every 6 months so I've tried out a few at this point. My favourite so far is the air touch F20.

Recently I decided to try a "tube up" style even though the tube on the front generally doesn't bother me. I got the airfield f30i.

Since using it for the past few days I've had some weird results. Typically my average air pressure is between 9-10 and it's set to go anywhere from 5-12. Last night, my average pressure was 12! I don't think this has happened to me ever, previously my highest was like 10.8. A few days before that my average pressure was over 11.

I was wondering if this is because i am usually a side sleeper and am squishing one of the tubes? Otherwise I am totally mystified. Nothing else has changed. My ahi was normal both of those night.

Thoughts?

Many thanks.
