[new pool owner] Jandy pool pump making screeching noise

Folks - I am a new first time pool owner. Two months into our home ownership (during the inspection everything checked out w/pool equipment), noticed this sound from the pump.

Curious if this is normal OR something is off. If its helpful, we live in Dallas where the weather just cooled down in last couple of weeks. Appreciate your feedback!
