Chance of acceptance before 2nd sem midterm marks come out?

i didn’t do good in my grade 11 courses so my combined average of 11/12U 1 sem midterm courses is only an 86. I about to submit my application for Western Food and Nutriton + Gen Sci, Laurier health sci, Guelph food sci, York biology and TMU business management. Do I have any chance of being accepted in any of these programs January? Or what about after my 12U sem 1 final marks come out in February(I predict an average of 87-88). Waiting until April/may makes me anxious
