IT: Welcome to Derry: Episode 7 (Spoiler Review)

SpoilerDiscussion

Episode 7 was by far the best episode yet in the season, and I can't wait for the final episode, though I am sad that such a good season is coming to an end next Sunday.

Now, Spoilers:

The deadlights CGI was a little weird, but I didn't really care, so good seeing more Pennywise, and what had kind of happened to him? I say, "What kind of happened," because we know that he went missing, but we didn't see anything, though we can presume what happened.

The Ending of Episode 7: I didn't think that I expected the episode to end like that, and Will being caught in The Deadlights. But then, after that had happened, I had realized that someone could get out of the deadlights (referencing what happened in IT: Chapter 1 (2017).

This episode was also really sad. While tears weren't falling down my cheek or anything, I could most definitely feel tears in my eyes, knowing/having to deal with the fact that Rich sacrificed himself for Marge. And the look on Marge's face when she realized what was happening, it just broke me. It also kept breaking me when the camera kept showing Marge crying, and it was just hard to take. Love you Rich, that you both got to say that you loved each other.

I could probably go on a lot more with Episode 7 and how great it was, but I want to leave it off to the rest of you reading this. Since this is a Discussion (Spoilers Allowed), were any of you shocked at anything that had happened? What do you hope for the finale, and knowing that, if we get two more seasons after Season 1 finishes, that we'll only get two more seasons, and that could likely be it for Bill Skarsgard as Pennywise, most likely forever (unless they do an IT: Chapter 3, or keep going backwards in time, which I wouldn't mind).

Again, best episode so far, so heartbreaking, and I can't wait for what the final episode will bring. Let me know what you think?
