LR all waste showing as 0.0oz

When I got the robot at first. It would show a couple ounces ranging from 1-3oz. Now all of the waste events are reading as 0.0oz even after multiple recalibrations and a hard reset. Any ideas to what is going on? The waste bin also always starts at 20% full after changing it
