Finally feeling hopeful

I've been dealing with anemia for 8 months. Finally figured out I had H Pylori so I just treated that and got retested. I was negative and they checked my ferritin. It went from 4 to 42!!! In the last 8 months it never went above 4 even with iron infusions.

I still don't feel the greatest physically but am so happy it's moving up.

I also had zero GI symptoms and would have never suspected a stomach issue.
