Health issue right before finals

This weekend I got a health issue randomly that has severely been affecting my ability to study or focus on anything, I went to a doctor today and they recommended I go to the hospital when possible if medication they gave me didn’t work within the day, and it definetely hasn’t been working.

I have a final exam tomorrow and I don’t know if I should miss it to go to the hospital or stick it out and then go later, my professor doesn’t have any policy on make ups for the final and Im worried I won’t be able to because I already had to make up a previous exam for being sick once before already.

In all honesty I didn’t expect to do good on the exam anyway, but now I don’t think I’ll even be able to focus during the exam due to the issues im having 😭 Basically im jsut wondering would the professor be required to let me make it up if I have medical documentation or would it be out of my hands and should I just stick it out and take what I get?
