Pokemon that would've made sense to be introduced in a different generation?

People already constantly misremember pokemon from being a certain generation but like in a hypothetical in which you could push a pokemon forwards or backwards any number of generations which ones would make sense from a mix of gameplay, lore, story, etc.

Just some random ones on the top of my head

• The swords of justice being pushed forward to gen 6 as its the only region without a minor legendary trio and the three musketeers in france.
• Sinnoh has a massive coal mine which would have made sense to put Rolycoly next to had that pokemon been made. Would also give an additional option for fire types considering how that type is super rare in Sinnoh
