Never owned a PC before. Would like to know which one is more worth-it.

I'm looking at buying a PC so I can finally bid farewell to this crummy, low-end Acer I've been subject to for the better part of a decade. I've narrowed it down to these but I'm really not the most tech literate person ever, which should be evident as I'm looking at prebuilts.

While factoring in cost, I'd like to know which one would be better. I'm looking to be able to run more demanding programmes like Premiere Pro without my performance grinding to a halt, and to play more intensive games without my FPS constantly noticeably worsening or having to experience shitty lag all the time.
