Tirz increase? My subject has been on 2.5mg of Tirz for 4 weeks and seems to be getting mild hunger, with occasional spikes of stronger hunger. Could a 1mg bump midweek help until we go to 5mg? The subject is traveling this week and wants to try to avoid GI issues while traveling.
