Save my husband...he needs his own sheet pans and accessories.

Hi! What are you favorite pans, cutting boards, meat prep tubs, trays etc. My well meaning husband has ruined my expensive cookie sheets and baking pans using them as grilling tools. They have been used for prep, slicing, etc. Before I replace my bakeware, I want to get him his own pans, cutting board and maybe a prep tub. I would love suggestions on what would stand up to use and abuse. He has been grilling and smoking for years, but we've always just used that we had in the kitchen to get by. I thought about gifting him tote or tub with upgraded equipment. Not sure if it's necessary to mention, but he uses a pellet grill (primarily). I've also considered getting him a handmade forged slicing knife. Etsy has several beautiful knives...would love an honest opinion if that is an exciting gift or not
