Looking for feedback for Bricks & Milestone builder

Fello redditors,

I’m looking for feedback for Bricks and Milestone builder in their recently handed over projects (wonderwall etc.) in the last couple of years. I’ve shortlisted their earthscape project based on their floor plans and other amenities and also the location is nearby the bellandur / ORR belt (traffic I cant escape in Bangalore).

But their pricing seems to be a tad high so wanted to understand from fellow residents and owners of other B&M handed over projects in terms of quality, finish, fittings etc.

Appreciate genuine feedback.

There’s one more property in my shortlist that is Bhavisha Homes Bilva II whose pricing is pre aggressive and the location is also good (just behind prestige forum mall). so wanted to compare the two builders.
