Do you think anyone gets rejected afterthe counseling process ?

Like....you are getting an invite you are attending the counseling and then you are getting rejected and not getting a seat 🥲 I mean what really happens during that session do they ask you questions or they just see your documents and then allocates you a seat accordingly
