Are the skins ever gonna come back?

I was looking at all the skins for the game and realized that I have missed out on a lot also on the S+ characters.I kinda wish I had gotten them I'm hoping there might be some reruns or even a chance to get the skins and players. Is there any talks about getting the players and skins back ?
