Question about blocked video upload due to copyrights.

I have a question for content creators. I made a video on Vampire’s Kiss for my YouTube channel and YouTube’s filtering system automatically blocked the video. I realize it’s owned by MGM but it’s a character study video for the character Peter Loew, it should be protected under the fair use act as the video is for informational purposes only. I did submit an appeal to see if they will reconsider as I’ve seen other analysis videos on this movie up on YouTube already. Can someone give me some insight to this? Any tips or information helps a lot. What are the chances my video will be viewable in the future?
