i dont know what to do

i read some stuff about not washing my clothes or cleaning up or anything so i know that. but i’m talking about i’m hiding in a bathroom and i don’t know who to tell or ask for help. i don’t want to leave the bathroom because i’m at a college tournament and they’ll see my clothes are torn and i don’t have anything to cover myself with. plus its really cold . im so fucking freaked out and scared. i dont know who i am supposed to talk to. what do you do right after getting raped? i don’t know how to get myself out of this bayhroom. i’ve been raped before but not like kind of in public like this. the buttons on the front of my shirt are torn off and my tights are obviously ripped near the ass and the front. i’m scared if i see my teammates theyll be able to tell what happened
