Sourcing 3 position selectors?

Ok, i need a 3 position FA selector, not a sear or a discoennector or a hammer, just the 3 position selector, because its compatible with the arizona regulator FRT.

Seem to see a lot of 3 position safe - semi semi but no safe, semi, auto selectors.
