6 month plateau on 2.4mg Wegovy

I'm so very frustrated. Been on 2.4mg dose of Wegovy now for about a year. Started losing before i got up to 2.4 dose...I have lost 50lb now overall. Weight at start was 275lb and now hover between 225lb-228lb. I haven't lost any weight in the past 6 months. I've tried stopping & restarting injections. I've been monitoring my calorie intake. It's very difficult to exercise effectively as I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees - waiting on surgery date TBA soon. I cannot fast due to pain medications that require taking with food to metabolize & not to mention protect my gut. I'm pissed off that it's no longer working, I'm paying out of pocket, and my weight loss achievement seems like thing of the past. I'm constantly doubting that it's happened at all. My confidence is in the toilet. Idk what else to do.
