Regarding the Mercyheart Town encounters with Pip Rat.

So far I've already befriended him and the others in the town, getting all the anecdotes available, too. But I still couldn't trigger the encounters at all despite trying to change the time of day.

Another issue is that Pip Rat seems to be absent from my game. I cannot find him anywhere. The map icon will show his position but he's not there, not even in the cave anymore.

Anyone having this problem?
