Is unboxing video really required?

hello, i ordered a cabinet from a brand’s website (not from shopee sorry i just don’t know where to inquire regarding this so i posted here) and upon assembling the item, may isa pong part na damaged and missing din po ng isang screw.

yung damage po is hindi visible at first, upon assembling lang talaga. hindi po maayos yung isang part so when you try to twist the screw, mada-damage po siya. i can provide a video naman sa shop na defective yung part but they’re asking for an unboxing video.

i know it’s dumb but it’s a cabinet with a lot of parts. was i supposed to film everything until the assembly to prove that i received a defective part?
