Nolvus V6 guide

Alright y'all, I'm dumb as rocks when it comes to most things PC related without serious guidance and I want this to go well.

I'm wanting to install the Nolvus V6 modpack but I need somebody to explain the process to me like I am 5. I'm talking how to put files where they gotta go, everything. I'm still learning how to actually navigate my way around a PC and all the menus and whatnot so bear with me

Not sure if this is a stupid thing to post but I figured reddit is the place to go!

My system specs are as follows: 7800X3D Taichi 9070XT

I know the Nolvus website mentions Nvidia GPUs and Control Panel, this is where some of lack of knowledge bites me

Any help would be lovely.
