Mova V50 issues

Trying to see if anyone else has had similar experiences with their V50. I can’t get it to complete a cleaning anymore.

At first I thought it was the detergent container being empty so I turned off all detergent settings to test. Then it started giving an error saying the mop pads weren’t attached, which wasn’t true. I pulled the robot out manually and started it and it worked fine.

I can’t figure out what the issue is, but whenever it goes back to the dock to wash half way or charge it doesn’t return to clean again. Anyone else have this happen? I kinda just want to return it at this point. When I got mine it was $1000 and I feel like it’s had more and more issues since I’ve owned it.
