Lots of cheap RAM on Amazon... from Germany?

I don't see anyone else talking about this, but over the past week while putting together my new build, I've noticed a lot of very cheap DDR5 on Amazon, but specifically from Amazon Germany. The seller seems to be legit, as the information in the seller's page links to the Amazon Global Store, and I spoke with customer service (yes, a human, not an AI), who said that it was in fact Amazon. But overall, something still doesn't feel right. The prices tend to be 30% to 50% less than what any given kit might sell for elsewhere, and the shipping time is estimated to be anywhere from late January all the way to July of next year, albeit January or February seems to be the most common.

Does anyone know what exactly is going on here? Something about this is setting off my bullshit detector, but everything looks fine on paper, so I'm inclined to believe everything's fine. I just don't know why it's being sold for so low, and why it's all coming from Amazon Germany specifically.
