Luck hates me today

The last few days I've been down with a cold or flu couldnt tell you which either way it sucks the usual stuffed up sore throat body hates you kind of sick and during those times my body doesn't give me the usual clues so i wasn't prepared when my period also smacked me in the face today so already feeling awful then cramps and overall feeling worse because I'm bleeding any tips for what I can do to not feel like a dumpster fire are appreciated I just want to feel more human less zombie. Also periods are awful even if our bodies are built to deal with them
