Slow burn confusion

Hello everyone me 27M I started talking to this girl I met on hinge. She’s 24F and amazing so far, one of the topics we discussed early on is that she’s a slow burn kind of girl. Which I had no idea what that was until I did research. During our first date she also tells me how she’s not closed to new opportunities but she’s also not actively searching either idk. Well the first date was fantastic and she is an amazing woman and I know I want to be with her rn. It’s been a little over a month since we started talking but no labels yet, we connect well, have great chemistry, communicate well and have a great friendship so far. She’s met my mom and my friends however I have not met hers, I told her my intentions and my actions have proven I’m serious about her. When she comes over we’ve cuddled, kissed and just have natural conversations. I’ll be the first to admit I have anxious attachment. But there’s just so many things that bother me because I like her and I’ve basically already chosen her but she hasn’t chosen me. I don’t ask her too many questions but I have asked her if she’s comfortable at our current pace and she always responds with yes. I guess I’m scared of just wasting my time for her to ultimately not choose me, her speaking to other guys etc. As of late she’s been texting me a little less and my mind starts running wild, idk if this will end up in a relationship but I’d like it too. What’s your thoughts and experiences with slow burns?
